TPC QA, 500 GeV pp

  1. TPC performance. L2W-tagged events, day 92,93,94. Only primary vertex, only prim tracks.
    TOP: left= vertex distribution, middle=PT of prim tracks, Right= eta of prim tracks w/ PT> 1 GeV.
    BOTTOM: Left eta vs. phi of prim tracks w/ PT>1 GeV/c/

     

  2. TPC primary tracks w/ pT>1 GeV. Left using SC correction from Hao, right w/o SC correction. Comparable number of ~300K VPD-MB events from the same fill F10471 but from different runs were used for this 2 productions. More uniform eta distribution is clearly visible after SC correction is used.
