BNL shift accounting, Run 9

Number of shift due by an institution is proportional to the number of authors minus the number of experts.

The number of available slots are then spread amongst all institution's number of authors. Experts may take shift duties (as they wish) but certainly, personnel not marked as experts but being on the author list are strongly encouraged to take shift slots.

The table below lists the BNL author, a quick description of their expertise and a 1 if they are flagged as expert.
