1. Specify runs / timestamps to simulate
label | range | selected run | timestamp | trigger id |
---|---|---|---|---|
ppTrans1a | 7096033 - 7128049 | 7125015 | 20060505 064600 | 127641 |
ppTrans1b | 7128050 - 7129041 | 7129020 | 20060509 083300 | 127641 |
ppLong2a | 7130037 - 7132028 | 7132008 | 20060512 051600 | 6 |
ppLong2b | 7132045 - 7133051 | 7133011 | 20060513 061200 | 6 |
ppLong2c | 7133052 - 7156040 | 7148027 | 20060528 135000 | 137641 |
The difference between ppTrans1a and 1b is an increase in DSM thresholds for the HT and TP. This results in a seperate trigger condition, and should have resulted in a new trigger ID (but didn't).
2. Check L2gamma rates for each run... i.e. compare number of emulated triggers to number of triggers seen online.
3. Post DSM spectra for each run.
4. Compare with simulated DSM spectra from pythia events (minbias if enough statistics, combine multiple partonic pT samples if not)
