7) SIMULATION
- use y2014a geometry with corrected SSD ladder geometry (CVS version is misplacing ladders in r/phi)
- use StSsdFastSimMaker (hits smearing disable)
- FastSimMaker is using volume_id to find the ladder_id and wafer_id (that's why 1) was needed)
- use the survey geometry tables to calculate local hit position
- write StSsdHit and run HFTTree
