Subject: Re: Composition of East Fixed Target at STAR
Hi Yuri,
On the East side, we have three targets. Carbon, Aluminium, and
Nickel. They are located a a Z of above 180 cm (I will have to check the
exact Z location, but they are moved closer to the center than the West
side gold target.
The carbon target is 1.0 mm thick
The Aluminium target is 1.5 mm thick
The Nickel target is 0.8 mm thick
Carbon is a six o'clock, Aluminium and nickel are at 4:30 and 7:30
