If your name is NOT on the list, you have to take care of your transportation yourself (both me and Kristine checked the names we had and it is not likely we skipped anyone). If your name IS on the list, there is a spot for you.

The pick-up schedule is 11 AM Saturday morning May 17th.

Initially, we thought taxi would come only to the Relexa and the Mercure. GOOD NEWS: There will be taxis at each Hotel.
SECOND good news: the taxis are pre-paid (no cost to you).

Your hotels are informed that taxis will be dispatched to pick you up. Please, inquire of the standard pick-up location.

We have some information logistic problems:

• I am missing a few destination (either I could not read it or it was not provided) - send me a note and I will add to the table below.
• We had no Email address for Vanessa and Ryan :-)  ... [OK - this was not an issue]

Groupings below are:

• For hotels other than the Mercure, there is no extra taxis so you will have to share as indicated
• For the Mercure, initial grouping suggested (by common destination)
• For the rest please note we have 4 more taxis with 4 each
