Run 9 200GeV Dijet Asymmetry Sanity Check
Here I take a first look at the various asymmetries for the mid-rapidity dijets to make sure nothing is blatantly wrong with the analysis ...
This is a first look at my mid-rapidity dijet A_LL and false asymmetries. I have accounted for the effect of the polarization decay during the fill as well as the dilution to the improperly tuned spin rotators.
I use the same mass bin edges as in my 11-bin cross section, but I have combined some of the higher bins to increase statistics. The original bins were:
Figure 1: This figure shows the dijet A_LL. The top pannel shows all events and the bottom figure shows the RFF (Red) and FF (Blue) seperated. I have not seperated by trigger type.
Figure 2: Same as figure 1 but now for the ALY false asymmetry.
Figure 3: Same as Figure 1 but now for the ALB false asymmetry.
Figure 4: Same as Figure 1 but now for the ALLls false asymmetry.
Figure 5: Same as Figure 1 but now for the ALLus false asymmetry.
