Finished connecting PLC for the FGT gas supply transducers.  Physical installation and network configuration.

Setup EPICS to communicated with the device and translate the data into pressure readings.

Created a MEDM display page to show pressure values.  See the new display views below.

Setup Alarm display to show red when (bottle1 < 20) && (bottle2<20) || (supply<4).

Still need to get pressure values into STAR Logs, also STAR Alarms.

Minor Fixes:

Fixed setup for EPICS Alarm.  We can now alarm on any of our PV's.  Just need to decide what alarm values to set.  current? tripped? etc?

Setup EPICS to launch automaticaly when fgt-ops boots.

Helped debug PV name mismatch with Dilan/James.

Test gas pressure alarm functions.  Check to see that transducer reading closely matches pressure regulator readings over entire range.

Provide facility to read/save FGT HV settings from/to a file.

Provide a "ALL ON" button for detector operators.

Setup logic to ramp up the HV in a more complex way.

Move Slow Control functions to sc5 (or some such computer).

There might be a lot of stuff to recompile.  Version of EPICS, support libraries, etc.
