Here are the timing curves for all BTOW crates from R13037067 (Delay=80ns) to R13037081(Delay=150ns) in 5 ns steps.

The beam was NOT rebucketed, nevertheless, the timing curves look reasonable: they point to an average delay of 119 +/- 1.7 ns for the BTOW system.  The FIFO on the BTOW FEEs were changed by 1 RHIC clock tick.  To summarize the changes:

2011: FIFO 0x13 Delay=39 ns

2012: FIFO 0x14 Delay=119 ns
