Some results from looking at tpc response from both itpc and tpc. Show rows vs. pad

Took piece of code from the tpm (Tpc Pad Monitor) and used it for a small program that can read
from both tpc and itpc and display results from sector 20.

The first set is from cosmics, and the last couple of slide from a data runwith collisions early this morning
