After the last discussion in the STAR spin pwg, I worked on the luminosity scale uncertainty and try to finalize the analysis of the 2009 inclusive jet cross section in 200 GeV p+p collisions. 
(1) The luminosity scale uncertianty is being worked on, see the analysis content.
(2) I would like to discuss the analysis update to release the preliminary result in the DIS 2015 conference.
(3) If people are satified with the result, we would like to request to release a paper based on this analysis. The paper proposal is here.
