STAR SSD SOFTWARE WORKSHOP - DECEMBER 10, 2014

Purpose: A day of focused discussion of all aspects of SSD Software and Run15 preparation.

Venue: Kent State University, Kent, Ohio. Try first CAK airport code [Akron-Canton, Ohio]. It is closer, faster in/out and served by Southwest from LGA. Otherwise CLE [Cleveland-Hopkins] is the major airport in the area and the hub for United/Continental.

The meeting room is 137 in SRB and maps [click or https://drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/system/files/Maps.pdf] [Science Research Building next to Smith Hall/Physics or the KSU Planetarium. There is a direct door from the parking lot on the left side as you face the sinewave roof of the Math building]. From your hotel is best if you take the Univ. bus [any] toward the student center of Library. The Library building is the tallest one in KSU on Summit str. Physics and SRB is just behind it on Summit str. If you decide to drive your rental let me know and I will prepare a 1-day parking pass to be given to you at checking for the R5 [physics] parking lot. 

Dates: Plan to arrive Dec 9, 2014 and depart Dec 11, 2014. Workshop is on Dec 10th.
