Charge for the eToF readiness review
The goal of this review is to ensure that the recent modifications to the eToF system succeed to
guarantee stable operations and a detector efficiency needed for the physics program.
The reviewers are asked to access the following questions.
1. Will the plan for modifications prior to Run 20 succeed as scheduled?
2. What are the remaining risks to eTOF operation in Run 20 after the modifications?
3. Is the plan for commissioning with and without beam adequate to reach quickly a detector performance
ready for data taking?
4. Are there changes to operational procedure, including factors beyond the control of the eTOF detector, that can
mitigate the remaining risks?
5. Is the online and fast offline monitoring of the eToF sufficient to obtain quickly a reliable status of the detector
performance?
