Conference duration: 4 days

STAR Pre-QM meeting at BNL 

 

The schedule is as follows: 

  • Wednesday (February 1)
    • 9am-4pm Parallel sessions of Bulkcorr, Heavy-Flavor, lfsupc and jetcorr PWGs
    • 4pm-6pm Plenary session
    • 6pm-8pm: Poster session and Wine&Cheeses (Physics Large Seminar Room Lounge)
  • Thursday and Friday (February 2-3)
    • Plenary Session rehearsals of all talks (Physics Large Seminar Room)
  • Saturday morning
    • reserved for any potential rework of talks. 


ALL poster presenters are requested to also display their posters at the poster session for comments and suggestions.  For those who prepare and put up the posters in the evening of Wednesday, we offer a discount STAR t-shirt at ½ price (5$). 

 

There is no registration fee.
