The timing for QT1,2 has not changed, while the timing for QT3,4 has shifted +15-20 ns.

Run 14071205 was taken with default timing and pre/post=2/2.  All pre/post spectra look
virtually identical, so I cannot determine if we are in the correct RHIC clock tick.
