1. summer shut-down schedule and upgrade progress:
    DOE site-visit in 18/09 and iTPC review 11/10  
    on schedule and next week iTPC sector installation starts

2. issues with run14 production and preparation for HP2018 in October 
    lots of changes among the years, and this year, has fixed a few bugs. 
    next is to test embedding with P18 version 

3. Isobar production and ABC 

   calibration mostly ready,
   concerns about two things: dE/dx and mixing for blinding 
   ABC: discussion with PWGC
