2) Data production and embedding status 
     - Data Production

• BES-II FXT
  • 2020: 5p75, 7p3, 9p8, 31p2 all completed  [ done ]
  • 2020: 13p5, 19p5 were started, but need to be deleted and re-done  [ in progress ]
  • 2020: 26p5 awaits ongoing ETOF calibration  [ to-do ]
  • 2019: 3p85, 4p59, 7.3, 31 all finish today; FileCatalog catching up  [ done ]
  • 2021: ready to produce without ETOF as priority allows  [ to-do ]
• Run 22 pp500 st_fwd
  • FCS physics production without tracking  [ to-do ]

      - Embedding    

• High statistics proton anti-proton embedding 
  • Only one part of 9.2 GeV remaining, hopes to finish this week
• Very high priority requests
  • Several of very high priority requests don't require further tuning or set up. Will follow immediately 
• FXT embedding
  • Should the requests be updated with the SL24a library?

2) Data production QA
     - Please co-ordinate with the PWG QA-helpers to come up with a set of variables for QA
     - QA helpers LIST

3) Data production priorities 
     - Request from coldQCD to produce Run 22 st_fwd stream with only the raw data from FCS, sTGC and FST - no TPC, no forward tracking
     - Gene informs it will take 3 - 6 weeks to finish the production for this request
     - Current Priorities: Reproduction of FXT datasets from Run20 with SL24a (fix for tracking acceptance issue + ETOF update for status flag and partial readout) > Run 22 st_fwd stream (?) > FXT datasets from Run21 [Run21 3.85 FXT I (3.0) > 3.85 FXT II (3.0) > (Run20+21) 26.5 FXT (7.2) > 44.5 FXT (9.2) > 70 FXT (11.5) > 100 FXT (13.7)] with SL24a (fix for tracking acceptance issue, no ETOF calibration) >  FXT datasets from Run21 with ETOF calibration

2) SQM Accepted Abstracts
     - Decision on speakers for talks with merged abstracts 
     - Decisions on posters?

3) Internal deadlines for CPOD and SQM
     - CPOD presentations due to PWG by May 6. New preliminary approvals should happen the week of April 29
     - SQM presentations due to PWG by May 20. New preliminary approvals should happen the week of May 13
      

4) Data production QA
     - Should establish a framework for basic data QA before production - looking at acceptance, tracking, dE/dx, PID etc (not the run by run QA)
     - Important for quickly identifying issues with production 
     - What quantities are of interest to check? 

2) SQM Accepted Abstracts
     - LIST of accepted abstracts 
     - Abstracts with multiple PAs - are there more? Have the speakers been decided?
