(2) Embedding priority discussion Priority list

- Items on current priority are done. 

Conclusions:
- 20201901-04, J/psi and Psi2S (Pythia8) in Run17 pp510 zerobias: this should be put on hold until the data set is reproduced
- 20201503, pi/K/p in Run18 200 GeV Isobar: LFSUPC conveners will check the request details and suggest modifications, if necessary, such that this sample can also be used by their PWG. In any case, this embedding will only happen after final Isobar production. 
- 20201601 (SPIN: Run13 pp 510 GeV period 1) should go ahead of 20201501 (SPIN: Run12 pp 510 GeV)
- The new priority list, separately for large and small datasets, can be found on Priority list. 

(3) MuDst files of heavy-ion data sets on distribution disk (the data sets in bold take the most disk space) - will need to produce picoDst and delete them

Proposed strategy: produce a list of analyses using MuDst that have started the paper process as of 05/18/2020, i.e. made a paper proposal to the PWG. For these analyses, we will try to keep the MuDst files until the paper is published. Any other analyses should switch to picoDst files as soon as possible. 

Conclusions:
- The proposed strategy is agreed among conveners. The next step is to collect the list. 

(4) Centrality definition in Isobar data (who is in charge?)

Conclusions:
- BulkCorr conveners will follow up on this. The centrality definition will need to be approved by centrality coordinator, and made official to be used by the whole collaboration. 

AOB:
- Please collect preliminary plots and added them to the webpage
- LFSUPC/BulkCorr: send inputs for "Soft Probes in Heavy Ions"
- It was brought up by Xiaofeng to switch from Bluejeans to Zoom for PWGC meeting since people in China have smoother connection with Zoom especially when people are sharing screens. There is no objection from the panel, and we will probably try this out in the next week or two.
