Many of the changes going from version 2.2 to 2.3 were in response to GPC comments.  Several more were small tweaks to figures (colors, symbols) that had been discussed.  A few more came up in the final polishing process.  Any change not in direct response to a GPC comment is recorded here.

1. Equation (7) in v2.2 mistakenly had \vec{q} rather than q_T, so we've fixed that.  It then made the text flow more smoothly to switch the order of Equations (7) and (8).
2. Both Equations (7) and (8) have lifetime (tau) fit parameters, in addition to the radius parameter.  Until now, we've only focused on one (as usually done in the literature).  For completeness, however, we now list (in a new Table IX) and plot (in figures 12 and 14) the tau parameter in addition to the radii.
   • When we did this, we decided to split Figure 12 (from v2.2) into two figures-- 11 and 12 in v2.3.
   • Likewise, we decided to split Figure 13 (from v2.2) into two figures-- 13 and 14 in v2.3.
3. The infamous Figure 9, so hated by Michal, has been removed.  The data are anyway listed in a table, and already show up in the comparison with world systematics, so it was somewhat redundant.  (Plus, Michal really hated it!  ;-)

Now, several small changes in figures, mostly axes labels and captions, along with color tweaks.

1. Figure 1: "out" -> "o" , "side" -> "s", "long" -> "l"
2. As long promised, Figures 1-5 are tweaked:
   • color-coordinated
   • unambiguous when printed in black and white (i.e. all unique markertypes and linestyles)
   • use darker colors (avoid yellows, oranges)
3. Fig 6. "O"->"o", "S"->"s", "L"->"l".  Avoid use of orange
4. Fig 8. Removed the "STAR p+p@200 GeV" big text label in the plot.
5. Fig 9. avoid orange
6. Fig 10. "O"->"o", "S"->"s", "L"->"l".  Avoid use of orange
7. Fig 11. avoid orange color
8. Fig 12. avoid orange.  Also "pp" -> "p+p", "ppbar" -> "p+pbar" etc in legend
9. Fig 13. "pp" -> "p+p", "ppbar" -> "p+pbar" in legend
10. Fig 14. "pp" -> "p+p", "ppbar" -> "p+pbar" in legend.  avoid orange
11. Fig 15. "O"->"o" etc.  "e^{+}e^{-}" ->"e^{+}+e^{-}".  avoid orang
