| Abstract | : | This paper is the manuscript that was submitted to the proceedings of the International Conference on Quark Gluon Plasma (ICQGP), held in March of 1997 at Jaipur India. The topics covered include the Hot Glue scenario, and its predictions for how the quark gluon plasma may evolve, energy loss of partons traversing a plasma and how STAR may be able to measure this energy loss, and some event rates for this physics topic. |
