• There are two main site in STAR

  • PDSF – The Parallel Distributed Systems Facility (NERSC/Berkeley)
  • RCF – The RHIC Computing Facility (BNL/New York)
  • Both follows different rules, RCF is stringent and under DOE Cyber Security regulations

• Both are heavily used
