Pythia Study of Photon Triggered Jets, V1: (March 23rd, 2016) This is the presentation I gave to the JetCorr PWG on Friday, February 19th, 2016.  It now includes several updated plots:

• a plot of the data (Peripheral AuAu collisions) vs. Pythia8 (pp collisions) recoil jet pTcorr spectrums after correcting for bin width
• two plots comparing the recoil jet pTcorr spectrums (normalized for trigger and bin width) for data vs. Pythia8 in pp collisions at 200 GeV
• and a comparison of the recoil jet pTraw spectrum (jet pT before subtraction of mean background energy density) vs. the pTcorr spectrum (after subtraction) for Pythia8.

Pythia Study of Photon Triggered Jets, V2: (April 24th, 2016) All plots have now been updated with labels detailing specifics of the simulation / jet reconstruction, and re-done with enhanced statistics. Other comments have been addressed as well, including the addition of a few new plots.

• a plot of jet pTcorr vs. delta-phi.
• a plot of delta-phi for all jets, shown for different ranges of jet pT
• plots of the ratio of pTcorr to pTparton (pT of the partons which participated in the hard-scatter which produced the event) after neutral particles as well as charged particles were included in the jet reconstruction.
