Update 09.14.2018 -- SVD Unfolding: Singular Values and Kreg (With No pTjet = 23 - 30 GeV/c Bin)
Following up on earlier today (see link below), it was suggested in a local meeting today to try unfolding with SVD without the last bin of data (pTjet = 23 - 30 GeV/c).

Without the last bin, it might be that the unfolding is more stable. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be case.
Following my usual algorithm, I would pick kReg = 9 for the solution. That solution looks like this:
Now, let's look at the d-vector and singular values:
As before, the components of the d-vector and the singular values drop to 0 after kReg = 10 (the number of nonzero bins of data). And also as before, the error bars explode past kReg = 10.
