The matching ratios are averaged over all runs in one day. Before day 353 in some of the runs eTOF was not included, so the ratio is lower. I'll redo those plot with the runs without eTOF excluded.
From run 20352037 on, there is a special triggerId for all events with eTOF included and only those events are sampled in the ratio plots.
